Fruit is going to be ZERO points on the new WW plan?!?!?!?!?!??!?!?! Happy Days! :D
I just read an article on it (found link on the WW's 5+ forum board) - fruit IS free.Also - all points are changing, as now taking into account fibre and protein content. Minimum points a day will now be 29 apparently (and presumably up from there dependent on weight / age), plus a 49 point flex allowance each week. Apparently it's not called ProPoints. It sounds to me far more like the American system!
Wow, very interesting! I always wanted more fruit on WW, glad they're making that more do-able.
