Goals for September

I've just realised September is around the corner................well really coz I was counting down the days till pay day.

Here are my goals for September:

* Cook more and try new recipes:
- Sushi
- Teriyaki Chicken
- Some sort of Morroccan Chickpea stew
- Lamb Kofta

* Cook more Indonesian meals


* Make sure half my evening meals are vegggie possibly vegan


* Stick to my savings plan for our July '11 moving overseas goal


* Go to the gym at least 3 times a week


* LOSE WEIGHT

Love your goals for September! I also love the fact you are chosing to eat veggie / vegan meals. I was vegan for a couple of years and found it hard to find good substitutes (so turned back to veggie) however there is so much more avaliable now. Good luck with that and keep us updated if you find any yummy recipes :)

Thanks hon.I went vegan too about 10 years ago and it was just too hard and also expensive - even in Sydney where they are quite progressive with that type of thing.Will definitely post any recipes I find.I have loads which I am still to type up and photograph.x
